In the ancient stone house, in the heart of the farm, lives Alberta, that is a traditional umbrian cook.
She offer weekly three different lessons
1 – Pasta (tagliatelle, lasagne, gnocchi, ravioli, cappelletti ecc.) pizza (calzoni, salad pizza, torta al testo a typical umbrian bread), ragù ( sauce for pasta).
2 – Meats (umbrian roast, salmì, cartoccio with erbs)
3 – tipical umbrian sweets (crostate, pies with cream, torcolo ecc.)
